Using the Permit Portal is not required - it is a convenience that allows for electronic payments. Applications and fees may also be submitted in person or by mail to the Township Building at 566 Beaumont Road, Devon, PA 19333. Checks should be made payable to Easttown Township.
If you choose to use the Permit Portal, complete the application, have all required supplemental materials, and follow the instructions below:
Click the Permit Portal icon to the left. When the portal loads select “Apply for a New Permit”.
Enter/select the property address where the improvement/change will occur; choose the type of permit for which you are applying and click “Next”.
Complete the required fields (brief description of proposed work, contact details, etc.) Click “Next”.
Upload the application and all required supplemental materials. Click "Next".
Submit your application fee payment online. Click "Submit".
Once all the steps above are complete, the Responsible Contact will receive an automated email from email@example.com confirming your submission and providing a confirmation number. This reference ID is the Permit Number assigned to your submission.
