The sewer is being lined this week on Chester Road between S. Fairfield Road and Waterloo Road on Thursday, January 22nd, Friday, January 23rd and Monday, January 26th from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (weather permitting) by the contractor, Mr. Rehab. The Township Engineer, Carroll Engineering, will have an inspector present. 
- Chester Road from S. Fairfield Road to S. Waterloo Road will be closed to regular traffic - resident/local traffic will have access, as needed; and
- Per the PennDOT-approved traffic plan, one lane on S. Waterloo Road will be closed at the Chester Road intersection.
All lining work is trenchless. Residents will be notified by the on-site inspector when the section of sewer to which they are connected is being lined and asked to limit water usage. All lateral connections will be reinstated once the liner is cured and before the completion of work each day.
